Complaints Process
IJASSA ensure to have transparency at every step. If there is any grievance from a reader, author or reviewer, they are can lodge their complaint against journal and its officials. Complaints or grievances can be directly email to the Managing Director (gernconsultants@gmail.com) which will be send to the BOG. The BOG will investigate the complaint on merit and decision will be taken based on the available evidences. The decision will be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
